PEAS and BEANS

There are many different pulses and choose the “right” kind of peas and growing methods, they can be grown in most climates and soil types, even far up in the north or the desert-like land.

Legumes are rich in protein and by planting peas and beans on a large scale, we can replace imports of soybean meal, primarily from Brazil, here is the growing economic and environmental benefits and in Latin America, a climate catastrophe, and stands alone for 12% of the greenhouse effect when the clearing grown on rainforest land. The Factory

Ecoetanols factory is estimated for pea and bean production on 700 hectares and can provide about 1,000 tonnes pure protein and that residue 1 million liters of ethanol per year. The calculation is based on each hectare gives 8000 kilograms dry weight or equivalent of 700 hectares of a total of about 14,000 bales.

The plant will produce ethanol continuously for using the heat produced in the process. That way you do not have to bring so much energy. According to the calculation results in the addition of 100 kWh to the results that you get 1500 kWh.

The process of legumes to the finished ethanol takes about 60 hours. The plant is estimated to about 40 bales per day.

The factory contained in containers and is removable. That way you avoid the transport of raw materials. It takes approximately two days to arrange for the factory operation since moved. It can be equipped with its own energy so it does not require any fixed electrical installations.

Spent liquor (the liquid remaining after ethanol extraction) contains protein, trace elements and minerals that can be fed to animals and then naturally returned to earth with manure. Dranken can also be purified and the water is returned when the production process.
